At PermaStick Transfers, we take pride in manufacturing premium, industrial-grade custom UV DTF transfers. Because all orders processed on permasticktransfers.com are custom-made to your exact specifications and artwork, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for change of mind or user error.

Please review our comprehensive policy guidelines below prior to submitting your order.

1. Custom Orders & Final Sales

  • All Sales Are Final: Once an order is placed and artwork is submitted, production begins immediately. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges on any custom-printed transfer sheets or gang sheets.

  • No Resale Value: Because your prints contain your unique logos, branding, or custom designs, they hold no resale value and cannot be returned to inventory.

2. File Submission & User Error Protection

PermaStick Transfers prints the exact file that you upload. We do not edit, alter, background-remove, or upscale your artwork. We are not responsible for prints that arrive defective due to user submission errors, including but not limited to:

  • Low-resolution, blurry, or pixelated imagery (we recommend files be submitted at 300 DPI).

  • Artwork containing accidental transparent patches, stray pixels, or jagged edges.

  • Spelling, grammar, or design layout mistakes present on your uploaded gang sheet.

  • Color shifts due to files not being formatted in the correct color profiles.

3. Application & Durability Disclaimer

While our UV transfers are built to be highly durable, scratch-resistant, and waterproof, the successful application depends entirely on the end-user following our instructions. We do not issue refunds or replacements for:

  • Transfers applied to unapproved surfaces (such as fabrics, apparel, or highly textured silicone).

  • Damage caused by improper peeling, rushing, or failing to clean the target surface with alcohol prior to sticking.

4. Defective Prints or Shipping Damages (Our Guarantee)

We stand completely behind our print quality. If we made a manufacturing error, or if your package arrives physically damaged by the shipping carrier, we will gladly make it right.

  • Reporting window: You must notify us within 7 business days of delivery if there is a defect with your order.

  • Evidence required: To initiate a replacement request, please email orders@permastick.it.com with your order number and clear, high-resolution photographs showing the printing defect or shipping damage.

  • Resolution: If a manufacturing defect is verified by our team, we will reprint and ship your original artwork at absolutely zero cost to you.
